Mi Casa mexican restaurant in Franklin

Made our first visit this evening. Food was quite good. I know we will go back.

Just ordered we used to go all the time it was very very good the last few times we've ordered they has been very very bad they are now mixing large pieces of onion and with the beef which they never did before very sloppy very stale very unfavorable do not be fooled by this place very disappointed like I said they used to be good now they are not at all buyer beware

Cheese sauce has the viscosity of water. Food bland, we ordered fajitas. Hot sauce on table is taco sauce and a green with artificial coloring. When I asked for hot sauce I was given a chipotle salsa that I was charged $2 for. Very dissatisfied. One water for 2 of us to share and no napkins

My husband & I where here in May, so I took my sister here because I loved it. And I am the pickest eater. She loved it & we ate there the next day for lunch. Excellent food, all staff is very nice. Service excellent.

We were headed home from a weekend trip. Decided to detour off main highway and get Mexican food. So glad we did. Food was excellent. Will try to return on future trips.

Wow! Awesome food. Everyone in our party of 7 loved it. We got the chicken soup, tacos and chicken loco... amongst other awesome food. Definitely try it out!

Not bad stop from a road trip. Margaritas were not fresh, but tasted like a mix/lime drink. Service was friendly and attentive.

Great food and excellent sanitation grAde. The staff was nice and kind. We had a couple of errors on our order due to a little language barrier but they were quick to correct. For overall good food they are excellent.

Beware ordering anything on the side as they charge an arm and a leg. My $6 quesadilla with a side of lettuce and ice tea ended up being a $14 lunch. They charged $2.75 for a side of lettuce! Then I also found out they charged me $1.50 for the spicier salsa I requested. Most places will give you a hotter salsa for free as they realize not everyone likes the bland salsa. The food is just average, about the same as all the other mexican restaurants in the area. The restaurant is nice and clean and the service was good.

Absolutely not. Sign says they are hiker friendly for Appalachian hikers. I dined in with a group of 5 and got accused of stealing and told I was on camera. ????... If you are going to judge hikers don’t leave signs saying you’re friendly. Will not return

Absolutely wonderful. Not only the food was great, but I think the sanitary rating had a 100%. I have one complaint though, and it's that the service was a little slow. But that really isn't much of a complaint due to them being very busy and this is the first time this slow of service has happened to me here. I'd definitely recommend going here.

My mother in law's food came out burnt (charred) and all they said was I'm sorry, never offered to fix it, my daughter's chicken tenders were so hard she couldn't eat them. Still yet to even care, We had to ask for more to drink. I was NOT pleased with this place at all.

Actually this should be a 4.5 or a 4.75. We are in Franklin on vacation and tried them out for dinner. Seeing the almost empty parking lot was a little worrisome, but we were also dining early. Love the hand painted tables. Margarita prepared exactly as requested (he is very specific with contents). Chips were warm and fresh. Salsa had great flavor and appears to be either made fresh or at least "tweaked". Our meals arrived HOT and my husbands fajitas were the first I have ever seen not floating in grease. Our 11 year old grandson commented on how finely the hamburger was chopped in his taco. Our meals were excellent and WE will return before we head home.

Mi Casa is always stellar, I've went here for years and always get their shredded chicken quesadilla with cheese ontop, I make sure to take pictures to show people when I recommend it. Only issue I've ever had was me not looking at the menu while requesting cheese for the chips provided and not knowing that the large is $7, but that is on me not them.

It's a hole on the wall with authentic Mexican dishes. Large plates at a reasonable price.

Food was good. Beer was cold. Service was prompt.

Food was soap. We ordered the Chimichanga dinner. They were not fried waiter argued with us about it. But then went to pay the bill only to find I had been charged for 4 margaritas we only had to. Again argued with the waiter. He went and looked at our table to see only 2 drinks. Then he added 2 sodas to the bill. Dodnt even have any. Argued agian. Then he agreed to give my 5 dollars back, only thing is it was 5.50 plus tax...wont return. Double check your check!

excellent food, authentic, and hot when it comes out. The service is wonderful, very attentive. My husband and I have been going there for 6 years and the food has always been great, especially the fajitas! The sizzle lasts for a minute or more! Oh, and they have the BEST guacamole.
